What Disciplined SCADA Service And Support Actually Looks Like

For many pipeline operators, the phrase “proactive support” sounds right but means very little on its own.

Most leaders already know they do not want a purely reactive model. They know recurring issues, deferred maintenance, and rising dependence on a small number of experts are not signs of a healthy environment. The problem is not awareness.
